Payments are processed through secure gateways. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete payment information for all purchases. Prices are subject to change, and sales tax will be applied as required. All payments are in INR.

You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for purchases, including recurring charges, until you cancel. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been processed. Orders may be limited or refused based on our discretion, including those appearing to be placed by dealers or resellers.

7. FREE TRIAL
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. After the trial, the chosen subscription will be charged unless cancelled.

8. CANCELLATION
Refunds can be initiated within 7 days by contacting customer service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services of Rupesh Electricals (Krishidost) for purposes other than those explicitly permitted. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data to create a collection, database, or directory without written permission.

• Misleading others or attempting to gain sensitive account information.

• Circumventing or disabling security features.

• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• Posting false abuse reports or using support services improperly.

• Uploading malicious software such as viruses or spamming.

• Engaging in activities that violate laws or harm the reputation of Rupesh Electricals (Krishidost).

Non-compliance with these terms may lead to account termination or legal action.

10. Use of Sim Card
Rupesh Electricals (Krishidost) may provide a SIM card for exclusive use with Krishidost products. This SIM card is strictly limited to use with the specified Krishidost devices and may not be transferred or used for any other device or activities. Any violation of this term, including but not limited to unauthorized use or transfer of the SIM card, will be considered a breach of our terms and may result in legal action being taken against the user.
